MELANIE BRONS

Melanie is Director of the Faust Institute of Cosmetology in Spirit Lake, IA and has been with the Institute since 1990. She is a member of the Cosmetologists and Barbers of Iowa and has held many positions on the board of her local CBI affiliate.

Melanie also teaches continuing education classes throughtout the state of Iowa and was chosen "Educator of the Year" in February 2008 at the CBI state convention.  She is also a member since 1994 of the Iowa Cosmetology Educators (ICE) and was the Ladies Section Director from 2001 - 2003 and team leader for the 2009 ICE Design Team trend collection "High Definition".  She has competed in many NCA Competitions placing second in the Gents division in 1996.  Melanie is also on the design team for 2011 collection "American Made".
